Job Title : RPA Automation Administrator
Location : Cayce, SC
Duration : 1 year contract with possibility to extend.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an RPA Automation Administrator. This role will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of Automation Anywhere robotic process automation (RPA) bots, as well as performing Windows and server administration tasks within the RPA organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RPA or Automation software, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience in managing Windows-based server environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Automation Anywhere RPA solutions, including deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
Monitor the performance and health of RPA bots, proactively identify and report issues to ensure automations run efficiently and reliably.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure the secure and compliant operation of Windows server environments.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to developers and analysts encountering issues with servers, accounts, and software.
Develop and maintain documentation, including operating procedures, and knowledge base articles related to RPA processes.
Stay informed about updates, patches, and new features released by Automation Anywhere and evaluate their potential impact on existing implementations.
Administer Windows-based servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls on Windows servers and Active Directory.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular backups, and implement security measures to protect server infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of RPA server infrastructure with other systems and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to Automation Anywhere bots and workflows.
Experience in Windows server administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and other Windows server management tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Experience administering RPA software in an enterprise environment is a plus.
Relevant certifications in Automation Anywhere administration, RPA, or Windows server administration are a plus.
