- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role involves researching, documenting requirements, validating solutions, and delivering training on court technology systems. This position presents a unique opportunity to enhance information systems, align IT services with court operations, and support the technological progress.
QUALIFICATIONS- District/Family Court experience is required
- Experience with platform management, system administration/configuration, and technical support
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Strong documentation and customer service skills
- Effective time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Knowledge of court business processes
- Project management experience
- Experience creating test cases based on business requirements and system functionality
- Understanding of database concepts
- IT certifications or experience in information systems and/or business process analysis and planning
DUTIES- Research, analyze, and document technology solutions for systems and services used by the Nevada Trial Courts.
- Validate technology solutions to ensure they meet court business needs and comply with established standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to information systems.
- Participate in business process changes and provide expertise on technology- related implications.
- Develop comprehensive test cases and conduct testing to ensure the successful implementation of systems and integrations.
- Configure business systems to match court requirements and optimize system performance.
- Deliver training sessions to court staff on newly implemented systems and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
