Salesforce Vlocity Business Analyst

Prodapt is seeking a design-savvy Salesforce Vlocity Business Analyst experienced in the Telecom BSS/OSS domain. As a key member of the Products team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of productized Multi-Service E2E solutions. These solutions are built over the Vlocity platform and encompass E2E customer journeys for both B2C and B2B consumers. The services covered include Broadband Internet, Voice, Triple/Quad Play services, SIP, VPN, and more.

Responsibilities:
1. Detailed Product Requirements:
- Develop detailed product requirements, business flows, and design specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering & QE (Quality Engineering) teams during the development process.

2. Requirements Gathering and Elaboration**:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Customer Delivery teams, Customers/Partners, and industry experts.
- Capture and understand requirements for productization.
- Elaborate requirements at a detailed level.

3. Design Collaboration:
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design productized solutions that deliver the required functionality.

4. Solution Development:
- Utilize Vlocity’s platform and suite of products to build optimal solutions.
- Follow Vlocity standards and best practices.

5. Data Analysis and Integration:
- Analyze data requirements, structures, and integration points within the flows.
- Create mappings to Vlocity Industry objects in Salesforce or external REST endpoints.

6. Standards Compliance:
- Consult TM Forum standards (e.g., eTOM, SID) to ensure compliance.
- Maintain requirements in the form of User Stories/Acceptance criteria for each product release.

7. Collaboration and Validation:
- Maintain ongoing collaboration with Engineering and QA teams.
- Ensure correct interpretation and testability of the requirements.
- Work with Quality Assurance to develop Test Strategies and validate Test Plans.

8. Documentation:
- Work with the Documentation team to ensure accurate representation of design and capabilities in technical publications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration).
- Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Telecom BSS/OSS domain.
- Familiarity with Vlocity platform and products.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
