Rate - $50-$60/hour on W2

Our client seeks an adept and innovative Senior UX Designer who will directly evolve and enhance the full spectrum of digital experiences and business channels including all customer-facing applications, multi-channel customer-service experiences, and native mobile apps.

• A Senior UX Designer will power the transformation of multi-channel digital products and services, practicing the craft of user experience as an integral member of full-cycle product development teams. You will lead ideation and design strategy efforts with partner product owners and development teams, directly taking on interaction design and information architecture questions for complex products and processes and steering iterative cycles of concept creation, prototype refinement, and customer feedback.
• A Senior UX Designer should be capable of independently leading and facilitating design strategy and customer discovery, advancing product design efforts to deliver independently and in collaboration with other UX and UI designers. You will advocate for the impact of customer-centric approaches on the business strategy, and shape design group processes, tools, and assets based on substantial experience and perspective.
• A Senior UX Designer is instrumental in creating interaction models, validating UX recommendations, and developing prototypes that can be tested with customers and prospects online or in person. You ll be a key contributor to the design Agile team by analyzing business hypotheses and features, validating design recommendations, and creating wireframes and prototypes to support design-to-code implementation.
• This position will be a hybrid remote/office role, to have team members in the office 2-3 days per week.

What You Need to Succeed

• A Visual Craftsman: You will create conceptual sketches to communicate design ideas and detailed design specifications for the finished product. You will ensure brand standards are appropriately integrated into all final designs to deliver a consistent experience.

• An Experience Innovator: You will work throughout all phases of the design process such as conceptual design, storyboards, persona/scenario development, user task/interaction flow diagrams, information hierarchy, wireframes, and prototypes.

• A Customer Advocate: You will help identify user research needs and participate in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing. You will continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize solutions.

• A Natural Collaborator: You will work with multiple functions, including product owners and developers throughout the product lifecycle, seeking frequent feedback, and integrating multiple considerations into your work. Being focused on our customer helps us to deliver a lasting impression and instill trust. Through collaboration and teamwork, we are able to communicate effectively across departments leading to better decision quality.
