Job Description
- Implementation across 10,000+ users
- Significant capital management responsibilities
- Multiple vendor contracts and external labor coordination
- Many complexities and unknowns exist, which will require strong leadership and strategic thinking.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale IT programs, including successful Planview Portfolios implementations within financial services environments.
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a consistent record of navigating constraints and tradeoffs effectively
- Proven ability to build and sustain cross-functional partnerships, ensuring alignment across business and IT organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM), organizational change management (OCM), vendor management, capital planning, Lean principles, and diverse project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
