Volt is immediately hiring Executive Assistant in Burbank, CA
- This assignment is in a Presidents office - must be professional.
- Must have Excellent Phone Etiquette/Maintenance, provide detailed messages, Manage Heavy Calendar for the Executive -proficient Outlook skills, Potential Personal Assignments
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment, while also providing the necessary departmental support.
- Strong ability to multitask with urgency
- Coordinate conference calls, teleconferences and web-based meetings
The ideal candidate will have:
- Heavy phones, extremely busy calendar, running errands, research projects, must be familiar on mac and Microsoft office.
- Entertainment exp and/or production experience is highly preferred.
- Phones, research projects, ordering supplies, stocking kitchen, errands
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and detailed planning, time management and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Willing to wear many hats (i.e. keeping Executive on time, picking up lunch, putting things in his car, researching hotels/restaurants).
- Agency or production experience is a plus.
This is a full time Contract opportunity.
Duration: 03 Weeks
Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
