Position:RF Engineer Net Systems Performance - IV
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid
12 Month Initial Contract - Possibility of extension likely - up to 30 months
Description:
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of RF theory and practice, as well as 5G and LTE/VoLTE technology.
Experience in design & optimization of 5G and LTE/VoLTE networks.
Understanding of 5G and LTE network KPIs and key parameters.
Experience with Model Tuning.
Knowledge of Python scripting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VB macro creation and worksheet manipulation
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Ability to analyze broken trends
Ability to audit 4G and 5G networks and implement corrections
Ability to analyze and optimize a cluster of sites
DESIRED SKILLS:
Event monitoring and reporting
Site monitoring to identify and address degraded KPIs
Drive-data analysis
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
