We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of electronic hardware for our infusion system products used in critical healthcare settings.
This role involves working on embedded systems, analog/digital circuits, and ensuring the design meets strict medical device standards.

Highly experienced Electrical Engineer to lead prototype production, electronic hardware design, and testing across all stages of product development.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, battery systems, and embedded electronics, with strong hands-on capability in both design and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop embedded hardware for medical devices (microcontroller, analog, and digital circuits).
Create and review circuit schematics, perform simulations, and support PCB layout.
Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Work with IEC 60601, UL, and FDA guidelines for regulatory compliance.
Lead testing activities, including EMI/EMC, validation, and verification.

- Lead end-to-end hardware design and testing - from concept, schematic capture, and simulation to prototype build and verification.
- Develop and validate battery systems, including design, management, testing, verification, and performance analysis.
- Design, simulate, and test analog/digital circuits, microprocessor-based systems, and control electronics.
- Engineer motor drive electronics and wireless interfaces (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RF).
- Lead product development through full lifecycle - concept, prototype, production release, and field issue resolution.
- Integrate sensors, signal conditioning, and embedded control systems into high-performance hardware platforms.
- Conduct root-cause analysis, hardware debugging, and system-level troubleshooting.
- Perform simulation, modeling, and data analysis to optimize design performance and reliability.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance, and performance verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in infusion pump domain is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in electronic hardware design, testing, and prototype production.
- Strong proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, microprocessor controls, and battery management systems.
- Expertise in RF and wireless electronics, motor drive circuits, and sensor integration.
- Skilled in Altium Designer, MATLAB, Python, and LabVIEW for design, simulation, and data analysis.
- Extensive simulation and validation experience using hardware and software tools.
- Proven hands-on experience in design implementation, hardware testing, and issue resolution.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from design through production and field support
