Job Details
We are looking for a SmartComm Engineer to design, develop, and support document generation solutions using Smart Communications (SmartComm/Thunderhead). The ideal candidate will build templates, configure workflows, and integrate SmartComm with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SmartComm templates, data models, and documents.
- Build batch, interactive, and on-demand communication solutions.
- Integrate SmartComm with applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform enhancements, and support production.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure high-quality output.
Required Skills:
- 2 7+ years of SmartComm/Thunderhead experience.
- Strong in SmartComm Designer, SmartEditor & Composition tools.
- Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation.
- Experience with API integrations & version control (Git).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Insurance/Finance domains.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Guidewire, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
