Job Description:
Lead Healthcare Data Scientist
Key Skills: Healthcare data, Azure Databricks, Python/ Spark/ PySpark, SQL

We're supporting a leading consulting firm looking for an experienced Data Scientists with a background in the Healthcare provider space. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of industry knowledge, data modeling expertise, and hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure. This project will involve advanced analytics and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives in a healthcare provider environment.

Key Skills & Experience:
10+ years in a Data Scientist or advanced analytics role
3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure
Proven track record of building predictive models and delivering data-driven insights
Experience working with provider-side healthcare data (EHR/EMR, claims processing, clinical workflows)
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with machine learning pipelines in Databricks
Experience supporting consulting or system integration projects
Background in population health, care delivery optimization, or patient outcomes
