Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, queues, prompts, and agent experiences.
- Build and maintain Amazon Lex V2 chatbots for voice and text interactions.
- Create natural language IVRs using Lex, Contact Flows, and AWS Lambda.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems using:
- AWS Lambda
- API Gateway
- DynamoDB / RDS
- SQS / SNS
- Develop slot-filling, intent handling, and fulfillment logic for Lex bots.
