ONSITE
Location: San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:
The Global Supply Analyst will play a crucial role in managing tailspend, overseeing successful execution of purchase orders (POs), deep-diving invoice issues, and setting up new suppliers. This position supports Global Supply Management (GSM) activities, assists in evaluating supplier performance, and contributes to strategic procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with the support and guidance of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) org.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Tactical Negotiation and Contract Management [Tailspend]:
Identify opportunities through data analysis and general proposal due diligence for tailspend.
Question and challenge previously negotiated contract terms to secure best possible commercial and contractual terms.
Develop and manage clear negotiation plans with some support.
Learn about contract terms and supplier agreements.
Assist in cost analysis data collection.

2. PO Management and Execution [All]:
Follow standard practices and procedures, taking a logical, structured approach towards managing the PO execution process.
Deep-dive invoice escalations to understand issues and unblock effectively.
Effectively escalate risks and blockers.

3. Sourcing and Onboarding [All]:
Assist GSC org with sourcing activities such as market research & benchmarking.
Assist GSC org with RFx process including developing and managing RFI and RFP projects, with the oversight of GSM, to ensure the business is qualifying new suppliers.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure cross-functional partners-such as Risk, Privacy, Legal, and Finance-are informed and have completed their vetting of the new supplier

4. Data Analysis [Tailspend]:
Assist in evaluating supplier performance and gathering feedback.
Collect data for supplier evaluation.
Understand foundational relationship management principles.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and follow established supplier guidelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and procurement software.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Familiarity with supplier relationship management and contract negotiation.
