Position: Sr. Adobe Analytics Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Type: 6+ Months Contract
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Adobe Analytics experience-must be a Power User.
- Strong experience in a B2C environment, including eCommerce and retail website data analysis.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics to provide in-depth analysis to stakeholders on marketing strategies, funnels, revenue, and website performance.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as it relates to visualising data.
- Demonstrated a curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data.
- Collaborative partner working across functional areas.
- Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Creative problem solver.
- Commitment to building strong relationships.
Adobe Analytics Data Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Providing actionable insights for Brand stakeholders assigned to you, using Adobe Analytics. In this role, you will work closely with your team to prioritise meaningful reports and analysis, conduct exploratory analysis to identify pain points and innovation opportunities, and quantify the value of customer behaviours, while improving the quality of the customer experience.
- Report Generation - Looking for an Adobe Analytics Power User someone who can create robust, easy-to-use, informative reports that stakeholders can leverage/self-serve to find meaningful insights. Take requirements and convert to meaningful workspaces. Participate in and lead regular communication routines to teach others how to use the reports created.
- Digital Customer Journey Analysis - Partner directly with leaders on the team and stakeholders to provide actionable insights on the e-commerce customer experience. Responsible for executing analysis using Adobe Analytics to understand customer experiences and pain points. Produce compelling visualisations and insights to tell the story of the customer journey. Communicate those insights clearly and appropriately throughout the organisation, while providing your unique data perspective.
- Data Validation Troubleshoot, validate, and investigate any nuances in the data. Define and partner on requirements to establish a best-in-class data environment.
