Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications
  • Experience developing full stack applications using C# (.Net core), Vuejs NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or relevant technology.
  • Strong experience with Oauth 2.0 and OpenID connect frameworks
  • Experience with JSON and parsing FHIR objects, basic knowledge of the FHIR standard, and familiarity with Visual Studio are also required.
  • Technical background and skills to perform in all phases of software design, development, and documentation; configuration management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of FHIR APIs and healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Solid expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database schema design.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
  • Experience with GitHub and modern code review practices.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that supports long-term scalability.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech environments is a strong plus.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • This Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the Research, Development and Maintenance of several applications within our OMH OPHE Interoperability eco-system
  • Develop, test, and maintain robust applications using C#, VueJS/ReachJS and .NET Core, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Integrate and optimize healthcare APIs in compliance with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards.
  • Leverage PostgreSQL to manage and query complex healthcare datasets efficiently.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to AWS cloud infrastructure for reliable performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using GitHub for agile source control and peer code reviews.
  • Meet critical deadlines and be an effective communicator of all progress with transparency and precision in a concise format.
  • Work with the rest of the Development Team towards building applications using TDD with Security & Performance always at the forefront.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in both written and verbal forms, contributing to a transparent and collaborative team culture.
  • Learn new technology and implement products as the business demands
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization
  • Participate to own and maintain new and existing project modules.
  • Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
