Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Smartcomm templates for customer communications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure templates meet quality standards, are efficient, and adhere to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to template development and deployment.
- Stay updated with Smartcomm platform upgrades and new features.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Smartcomm platform.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Smartcomm templates.
- Strong understanding of document composition and customer communication management.
- Knowledge of Java or other relevant programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
