This is a full-time opportunity for a Wireless Network Technician to support and optimize the wireless infrastructure within a large, multi-floor office environment. The role is focused on maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing Wi-Fi that supports everyday business operations, including Microsoft Teams, VoIP systems, and high-bandwidth applications. You'll work closely with the IT Network Engineering team to keep everything running smoothly across all areas of the building.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 2 years supporting enterprise-level wireless network environments
- Proficiency with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (9800 series) and Cisco access points; experience with Cisco DNA Center is a plus
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, channel planning, and spectrum management
- Experience conducting RF surveys and spectrum analysis to identify and resolve interference issues
- Knowledge of managing SSIDs, VLANs, and wireless security policies (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X authentication, NAC)
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Ekahau, NetSpot, or Cisco Prime
- Ability to interpret and work from network topology diagrams and building floorplans
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail in technical documentation
- Experience collaborating with IT teams on firmware updates, patches, and capacity improvements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, VoIP systems, and other high-bandwidth applications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNP Enterprise Wireless
- Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+
