JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Implementation Lead to oversee the end-to-end deployment of the Recruiting and Onboarding module within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role will lead design, configuration, testing, training, and change management activities, ensuring the solution meets the needs of recruiters, hiring managers, and talent operations. This role will also be responsible for ensuring seamless workflows between Oracle Fusion and downstream systems critical to onboarding, including background check solutions, ServiceNow, IT provisioning, and other systems that support resource readiness (e.g., laptop delivery, access provisioning). This role will be pivotal in aligning business goals with system capabilities, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience across the organization.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Serve as the technical lead for the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Recruiting, from requirements gathering through go-live and post-go-live support.

  2. Participate in solution design workshops with stakeholders and system integrators to capture business needs and translate them into functional configuration.

  3. Participate in fit-gap analysis and provide guidance in recommending scalable, best-practice solutions within Oracle Fusion Recruiting.

  4. Configure career sites, job application flows, candidate selection processes, job requisitions, offer management, hiring manager dashboards, and recruiting campaigns.

  5. Ensure end-to-end onboarding workflows are mapped, validated, and integrated across systems including background check vendors, ServiceNow, IT provisioning, and other resource readiness platforms.

  6. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Facilities teams to ensure new hires receive required equipment, access, and workspace setup in alignment with onboarding timelines.

  7. Identify and resolve cross-system dependencies and bottlenecks that could impact onboarding readiness or candidate experience.

  8. Ensure onboarding workflows support compliance, auditability, and operational efficiency across all integrated systems.

  9. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational hiring policies.

  10. Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit testing, SIT, UAT), and manage defect resolution.

  11. Monitor data quality, support data migration, and oversee cutover activities.

  12. Partner with Data & Integration teams to support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

  13. Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to ensure smooth adoption and rollout across the company.

  14. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting solutions.

  15. Develop and maintain project documentation including functional design documents, process flows, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.

  16. Assist in the creation of training materials for end-users and administrators.

  17. Provide post-go-live support and facilitate knowledge transfer to Talent operations and IT teams.

  18. Mentor team members and function as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Recruiting.

  19. Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates and best practices to continuously improve Oracle Fusion Recruiting

  20. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.

  21. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

JOB SCOPE: This role has enterprise-wide impact and requires strong recruitment process knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Recruiting best practices. This role will serve as a strategic advisor and functional expert, ensuring that Oracle Fusion Recruiting aligns with organizational goals and delivers a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This role will also ensure that onboarding workflows are fully integrated and operational across all relevant systems, enabling timely provisioning of resources and a smooth new hire experience. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement across the enterprise.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):



  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 3 full-cycle projects as a Recruiting and Onboarding Lead.

  • Ability to travel 15-20%.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to work successfully as part of cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition creation to onboarding.

  • Strong Understanding of compliance regulations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business language.

  • Strong Understanding of integrations to job boards, background checks, and HR Core modules.

  • Experience managing onboarding workflows across systems such as ServiceNow, background check platforms, and IT provisioning tools.

  • Experience coordinating operational readiness activities including laptop delivery, access provisioning, and workspace setup.

  • Experience with global implementations and multi-country configurations.

  • Experience managing HR system rollouts within a corporate environment.

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification (preferred).
