Job Details

Job Title: CIMOR Critical Support Location: Primarily remote (on-site only as needed to Jefferson City,MO) Duration: LongTerm with Possible Extension

Project Objective:

Provide critical support and maintenance for the CIMOR (Customer Information Management Outcomes and Reporting) system and related applications:

  • ICM (Incident & Crisis Management)
  • CVS (Client Verification System)
  • EMT (Electronic Medical Transactions)
  • BizTalk Interfaces

Goals:

  • Ensure system stability and performance
  • Resolve Critical issues within 24 hours
  • Resolve Major issues within 20 business days
  • Ongoing maintenance and enhancement of CIMOR and associated applications

Required Experience:

Minimum Required:

  • 5+ years supporting mental health customer information systems
  • 10+ years of experience in:
  • Visual Studio
  • C#, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery
  • SQL Server, including performance tuning and jobs
  • .NET Framework (minimum 3 years with version 4.6x)
  • Azure DevOps / VSTS (Version control & pipeline management)

Preferred:

  • Prior hands-on experience with Missouri s CIMOR system
