Job Description:
This role involves deploying a high volume of Windows desktops and workstations, performing software installations, and providing break/fix support to end users. The candidate will use SCCM and Ansible to push updates and reimage PCs.

- Experience in technical support and end-user assistance
Job Description:

Additional Information:
- Work is fully onsite at designated location
- The position supports a classified DevOps transformation initiative
- The selected candidate will be part of a deployment team responsible for creating and deploying PCs for hosting and manufacturing environments
- Collaboration with leadership and engineering teams is expected to ensure high-quality support and continuous process improvement
