This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: NJ
This position manages technical resources and teams within Information Technology (IT) with the ability to manage other managers. Partners with peers and senior leadership to identify and align IT strategies with company's goals. Oversees the design, implementation, and support of systems and application. Oversees projects to produce effective results. Manages budget, including forecasting. Ensures short -term results lead to long-term objectives.

Preferred:
Depth knowledge of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance Business Processes. Must have experience working with mainframe systems. Proficient with AGILE and must have experience in transitioning traditional teams to AGILE methodologies. Must be proficient in SDLC practices.
If hired in NJ, the base pay for this position is generally between $140,000 and $195,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- IT Strategy - collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to understand business needs and define product and application vision and overall strategy. Partners with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goal's and objectives.
- Execution - Ensure all areas are aligned on the strategic plan, gain commitment and support from teams for successful execution. Estimate and Allocate resources (people, tech, funding) to support effective and successful implementation of the strategic objectives. Work closely with Quality Engineering team to ensure we deliver quality product to our clients. Ensure all objectives meet the timelines and escalate delays/obstacles to Technology management in a timely manner.
- Project and Product Management Oversight - Identifies future needs and trends. Provides direction and oversight to IT projects and products. Assigns project tasks, drives project schedules, product releases, and conveys results or updates to the appropriate parties.
- Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to IT policies, standards, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development. Ensures bank needs are met through prioritization and resource allocation.
- Technical Expertise - Serves as a technical expert and strategic leader to senior management, associates, and business units. Ensures that team activities comply with all appropriate configuration, change controls, and security standards. Participates in business meetings and special projects to provide insight on end-user needs. Keeps abreast of industry trends. Identifies and holds accountable vendors in support of system updates and maintenance.
