SuccessFactors to Workday Migration Lead Consultant (9-12 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Migration Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop a robust migration strategy, including risk assessment and mitigation plans.
    • Collaborate with HR and IT leadership to align migration goals with organizational needs.
    • Identify and prioritize critical SuccessFactors functionalities for migration to Workday.
  • Data Migration Execution
    • Extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from SuccessFactors to Workday.
    • Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 9-12 years of experience in HRIS implementation, migration, or consulting roles.
    • Extensive experience in leading SAP SuccessFactors to Workday migration projects.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of both SuccessFactors platform
    • Proficiency in data migration tools (e.g., SF CPI etc.,).
    • Expertise in HR data structures, workflows, and reporting.
  • Certifications:
    • SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing global HRIS migration projects across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to HR data (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
