Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer with strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform & AWS). This is a leadership role where you'll guide a team of developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and work across backend and front-end technologies including PostgreSQL, BigQuery, ReactJS, and React Native.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Architect and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and AWS CloudFormation
Guide and mentor development teams; conduct code reviews and design discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
Work with PostgreSQL and BigQuery for data modeling and analytics
Develop front-end components with ReactJS and React Native
Monitor system performance using New Relic
Ensure code security, scalability, and maintainability
Drive SDLC processes from requirement gathering to production deployment

Required Skills:

Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong backend expertise with Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS CloudFormation
Proven team leadership and mentoring experience
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and BigQuery
Experience building UIs using ReactJS and React Native
Familiar with New Relic or other monitoring tools
Understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies
Retail industry experience required; Auto industry/NAPA standards a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience in the auto parts industry
Certifications in Google Cloud Platform or AWS
Prior work with high-volume retail platforms
