TITLE

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist for a contract assignment with one of our premier Management Consulting clients in Miramar, FL.

Responsibilities :

• Leverages deep expertise across indirect sourcing to co-create and execute innovative sourcing strategies with Category Management and Business Unit Stakeholders that enable the Firm's and Optimize's impact, ESG, and risk goals.
• Ensures the Firm sources all products and services sustainably and with confidence. Guides the long-term global strategic sourcing approach for a portfolio of 20+ strategic and critical suppliers
• Drive delivery of innovative sourcing strategies underpinned by core strategic sourcing techniques (e.g., Spend Analysis, Clean Sheeting, Total Cost of Ownership determination, Cost Breakdown Analysis, and Risk Management)
• Considers and recommends optimum sourcing approach based on context and desired value outcome (e.g., comprehensive RFP, RFQ, direct negotiation)
• Drives delivery of innovative and syndicated negotiation strategies for sourcing events and leverages outstanding negotiation skills that deliver optimum outcomes
• Prepare and syndicate thoughtful and robust Business Award Recommendations that deliver consensus of approval across stakeholders
• Partner with colleagues to create and follow Standard Operating Procedures that deliver consistent and auditable sourcing experiences
• Identify and enhance own sourcing capabilities through training, learnings, coaching, facilitated workshops, etc.
• Identify KPIs for strategic and operational performance metrics (e.g., spend under management) and implement performance tracking against set targets
• Role models, holds self and all colleagues to the highest Procurement Risk standards as we source products and services

Required Skills:

• Experience & Background University degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree preferred
• S2P processes and systems experience preferred but not required
