About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, fast-moving Senior iOS Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and growth. This is a highly visible, impact-driven role that bridges engineering, marketing, and design to create rapid, data-driven mobile experiences that drive user engagement and conversion.
You’ll partner closely with marketing, UI/UX, and business teams — brainstorming new consumer features early in the week, building and launching prototypes by week’s end, and testing them live with a subset of users to gather insights and improve conversion metrics.
We’re not looking for a traditional architect or a “purist” engineer. We’re looking for someone technical, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused — someone who believes in iterating quickly, learning fast, and building products that move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to translate ideas into high-impact mobile features.
- Develop and iterate on SwiftUI-based iOS applications, focusing on conversion, engagement, and user experience.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy features to a limited user base (~5%) to gather data and optimize performance.
- Analyze consumer KPIs — conversion rates, retention, engagement, and app revenue — and implement experiments to improve them.
- Partner with marketing on A/B tests, campaigns, and growth initiatives, ensuring product and marketing work hand in hand.
- Own the mobile product roadmap from concept to deployment, with a bias for action and measurable results.
- Work in a lean, startup-style environment where speed, creativity, and smart experimentation matter most.
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of iOS development experience, with solid SwiftUI expertise.
- Proven experience building and launching consumer mobile products — ideally in retail, e-commerce, or growth-focused environments.
- Deep understanding of conversion funnels, shopping carts, search/browse, coupons, and marketing integrations.
- Strong technical and business acumen — you understand how product decisions drive KPIs and revenue.
- Comfortable collaborating with marketing and UI/UX teams, and iterating based on user and business feedback.
- Driven, curious, and ambitious — thrives in a fast-paced, experiment-heavy culture.
