Key Responsibilities

Expertise - Workday, HR process, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management

Provide functional support for HR HCM processes to ensure smooth operations in Workday, translating business requirements into effective system configurations and process solutions.
Collaborate with HR teams and IT to ensure seamless integration of HCM modules into daily workflows.
Optimize and troubleshoot HR systems to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to support adoption and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
Solid background as an HCM functional consultant, hands-on experience in Workday, and strong knowledge of HR processes (core HR, talent, performance, learning, payroll integration).
Ability to analyze requirements and deliver user-friendly, scalable HR solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
