Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Any CMS - Optimizely, Contentful, ContentStack, Strapi - Any Headless CMS
  • Good Knowledge on IA (Infromation Architecutre - Sitemap, Taxonomy, Interactive Design)
  • Content Migration - Updgrade, Refrech, Re-platforming expereince from Legacy, one verison to another, etc
  • Content Migration - Knoweldge on Migration Tools, AI based Content & Assets Migation Utilities, Scripts etc.
  • SEO - Advises on Strategies to make content more visbile and trustworthy to search engines and users.
  • Integration - REST API, Groovie Scripts, ETL Process, SPA, PWA, GrapshQL Integrations.
  • Product Specific API which integrate with Service layer ( Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee) for Dynamic Content Mgmt.
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Possesses expert-level knowledge of major CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Sitecore.
  • A consultant advises on the best system for a client's needs, oversees its implementation, and trains users.
  • Web Anlaytics & Content Analytics: Uses tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DOMO to track and analyze the performance of a client's content.
  • Interpreting this data helps inform content strategy and measure the return on investment (ROI) of content initiatives.

  • A Digital Experience Platform (DXP) -CMS Consultant designs, implements, and optimizes digital platforms to create personalized and seamless customer experiences.
  • This role involves analyzing business needs, creating digital strategies, and ensuring the chosen DXP (like a Content Management System, or CMS) aligns with business goals through activities like data analysis, technical specifications, and cross-functional collaboration. Ultimately, they help businesses leverage technology to improve customer journeys and drive business results.
  • Good Knowledge on Supporting Proactive Sales, Reactive Sales
  • Technical Skills - Good Knowledge in various CMS platforms
  • Strong Communication, Facilitationa nd Stakeholder Enagement Skills
  • A Commerical Mindset with a track record of growing accounts through value-based conversations
