Job Description:
SuccessFactors EC Payroll Integration Analyst

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Remote)

Employment Type: Contract

Candidates must be able to work on the W2 of Apex Systems without sponsorship for the duration of the contract.

There are no C2C / 1099 options.

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Integration Analyst to design and manage end-to-end integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll, an integrations background, and experience in design and implementation projects. This role involves working alongside an implementation partner to ensure timely and efficient integration design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the implementation partner on integration solutions.
  • Analyze and document current integrations for the technical team, including as-is/to-be analysis.
  • Understand and document data and fields being sent to the payroll vendor.
  • Create detailed design documents for integrations.
  • Develop test scripts and test cases for the new design.
  • Perform manual testing of the new integration design.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to define data requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Required Qualifications

Experience: Must have experience in design and implementation projects, not solely support. The role is not for a Lead position and is best suited for a candidate with under ten years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills: A strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll is required. An integrations background is necessary, though it does not need to be development-focused. Must have demonstrated high-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or Dell Boomi.
  • Familiarity with Workforce Software modules (e.g., Time, Absence, Scheduling).
