Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Procurement Analyst to support enterprise-level technology procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in negotiating IT contracts, managing budgets, working with compliance teams, and presenting data-driven insights to leadership. This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate complex IT contracts (software, hardware, and SaaS) with external vendors for large-scale enterprise environments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage procurement projects and align IT sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and manage budgets, track project timelines, and communicate updates across multiple departments.
Ensure adherence to corporate compliance policies and procedures throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Collect and analyze market and contract data to support strategic sourcing decisions and optimize IT spending.
Present detailed financial and procurement analysis to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience negotiating IT contracts for enterprise organizations.
Strong background in budget management, project oversight, and stakeholder communication.
Proven experience working with compliance, including policies and procedures (must be clearly reflected on the resume).
Skilled in data gathering, financial analysis, and presenting actionable insights to decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; must demonstrate native-level fluency and cultural familiarity with U.S. business practices.
