  • Change Management is a central area of responsibility leveraging the Remedy ticketing system, where Remedy experience and understanding of Bank Change Management and Risk Management processes are highly recommended to remain successful.
  • The Change Coordinator will be part of a team that administer the overall Change Management for the Project Book of Work that plan, execute and facilitate successful and compliant software deployment process. Additional duties include administrative tasks, stakeholder coordination, records updates, process documentation, etc.

  • Excellent oral and written communication - must be able to communicate across organization. Strong communication skills to provide clear status updates to senior management, clear summarization of technical change, and report details at correct level.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow an existing refined process, while also seeking continual improvements. Assess and advise of solutions to improve processes.
  • Proactively engage to assess readiness and minimize risk of non-compliance and negative impact from changes.


qualifications:


  • Over 3 years Project/Change Management experience.
  • Prior Change Coordinator experience is preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and strong knowledge of Change Management theory and team dynamics.

  • Responsible for overseeing changes and projects within our organization. Work will include cross-functional initiatives with other technical. Expectation is to work independently as well as efficiently with peer Change Coordinators to eliminate duplications of effort, and motivate software developers, scrum masters, and project managers to build cooperative work teams to deliver results.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication - must be able to communicate across organization. Strong communication skills to provide clear status updates to senior management, clear summarization of technical change, and report details at correct level.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow an existing refined process, while also seeking continual improvements. Assess and advise of solutions to improve processes.
  • Proactively engage to assess readiness and minimize risk of non-compliance and negative impact from changes.
  • Ability to occasionally work nights and weekends as required to support change activities.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, make decisions to initiate action, and adapt to change.
  • Ability to perform as a Project Manager.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Over 3 years Project/Change Management experience.
  • Prior Change Coordinator experience is preferred.
  • B.S. degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management and strong knowledge of Change Management theory and team dynamics.
  • Experience with ITSM, BMC Remedy Ticketing System, JIRA, and project risks tools such as PPRT is highly desirable. Knowledge of other project and change management software and tools is a plus.
  • Bank experience highly recommended along with comprehensive knowledge of business unit's functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
