Job Details

Hiring Manager is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environments. This hands-on technical role requires deep expertise in cloud and hybrid systems, security, and compliance, with a focus on operational excellence and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and support Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI/AVD), networking, and storage solutions.

  • Manage and optimize Azure AD, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), and related security policies.

  • Lead cloud migration projects and enforce security and compliance standards using Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview.

  • Oversee device provisioning and lifecycle management via Intune/Autopilot and Kandji.

  • Implement data governance, identity management, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CPRA).

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ years in Azure/AWS or cloud engineering roles.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Cloud Services, including deployments, migrations, and security configuration.

  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Terraform.

  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure File Sync, and AutoPilot Deployment.

  • Relevant certifications such as Azure Architect Expert, MCSE, MCTS, or Security+ preferred.

  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
