Job Details
Migration from Azure DevOps to Jira:
- Pre-migration assessments of current set up and work item structure
- Ensure alignment across IT on migration related activities
- Assist in working sessions related to onboarding and configuration of Jira
\ User audits and set up
- Participate in project configuration, workflow set up, automation, and user access
- Post-migration clean-up and deprecation of Azure DevOps
- Dashboard configurations
- 3rd party integrations & set up (e.g., Tempo Time Tracking, etc) Ongoing:
- User management (activating/deactivating accounts)
- Ongoing configuration support
- Adherence to Jira best practices
- Security and access controls
