Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager with 4-5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and proven success in leading cross-functional teams to execute business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project performance, adjust plans, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Manage risks, issues, and project changes while ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and procurement to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring accountability and productivity.
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
• Apply project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure structured project delivery.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading medium to large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in managing projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
