OVERVIEW
The Vice President of Product Operations is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's software products. This role ensures operational sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with broader business objectives. The leader manages cross-functional teams, optimizes internal processes, and drives strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product effectiveness. This position plays a key role in translating strategic vision into actionable plans, fostering collaboration across departments, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software solutions.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Salary at Juno Health, a division of DSS, Inc., is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $225,000.00 TO $300,000.00 (annualized USD). The Vice President, Product Operations - Juno Health will:
- Oversees and directs the product operations of the company, and all product development.
- Develops and implements operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support/Oversight of Compliance of Juno Health Commercial Operations including contractual and regulatory obligations such as HIPAA, SOC2, and ONC.
- Ensures the quality and reliability of the company's products and services.
- Identifies and mitigates operational risks to protect the company's interests.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Works with the President and other executive leaders to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals.
- Stays informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and software development.
- Oversees the identification and implementation of new technologies and solutions to improve operations and customer experience.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Is an innovation and improvement champion.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders including employees, customers and potential investors.
- Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Other Duties:
- Serves as an Officer of the company.
- Interfaces with Parent Company as necessary.
- Mentors employees to help them achieve their full potential.
- Represents the company at industry events and conferences.
- Travels up to 25% of the year in support of the product or as directed by the President.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of healthcare software and technology.
- 10+ years extensive experience in healthcare operations in an EHR software development company.
- 5+ years executive level experience in healthcare operations in an EHR software development company
- Strong understanding of business principles, financial management, and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, version control and other development best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and manage a large, multi-disciplinary team
- Able to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
- Ability to identify and thoughtfully solve complex problems.
- Support/Oversight of Compliance of Juno Health Commercial Operations including contractual and regulatory obligations such as HIPAA, SOC2, and ONC.
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of CMMI 3 and ISO 9001.
EDUCATION:
- MS Degree in a relevant field of study like Business Administration or Healthcare Operations.
- Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of directly applicable experience.
