Job Details
Job Title: Volunteer Campaign Coordinator
Location: New York City (Hybrid Role)
Pay: $26.54 per hour
Contract Duration: Project for about 4 months
Leading Investment Bank is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a temporary Campaign Coordinator for the Firm's volunteering campaign and assist with additional efforts of the Community Affairs team. The campaign coordinator will be a part of the Global Volunteer Month team, working closely with the Community Affairs staff to execute the Firm s Global Volunteer Month campaign. This role involves liaising with Firm employees and nonprofit community partners to facilitate various volunteer projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong skills in project/program and event management
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Solid experience in data management, reporting, and analysis
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple volunteer projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- HS degree with some college preferred; related program experience is a plus
- A sense of humor, humility, and curiosity to learn
