Job Title: Field Technician for Grain Management Systems
Work Location: Minnesota/Wisconsin/S Dakota
Duration: 6 months with possible conversion to Full-time
Education/Experience Required: Entry Level, Tech School graduate

Responsibilities:

**** Experience with elevator operations, good electrical and/or networking skills, and willingness to travel are advantageous. ****

- Offer technical support and troubleshooting specifically for truck scale automation systems, rail load-out systems, addressing user inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Utilize Zoho Desk or similar systems to track and document support requests related to the Grain Management Software.
- Collaborate with a team to identify and implement solutions for technical problems specific to grain management software.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of network systems, encompassing LAN and firewall configurations, tailored for Grain Management Software operations.
- Communicate effectively with users, providing clear instructions and guidance for technical issues pertaining to the software.
- Perform software and hardware troubleshooting and provide remote assistance when necessary for the Grain Management Software.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site troubleshooting and installations.
- Work as a member of a Technical Support "hunt group to field calls related to maintenance, configuration and operation of software and hardware systems installed at grain elevators, Ethanol production plants, food processing facilities and Export Houses.
