Hands-on technical experience
Experience as a desk-side tech: imaging, setting up computers
Skills: Desk-side support and laptop imaging, and setup
Familiarity with autopilot is a plus
Experience working with a ticketing system - ServiceNow, open to Zendesk experience, etc.
