Job Title:Scrum Master (Jira reporting)
Work Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $70/hr - $73/hr.



Position Summary:


  • This Jira Focused Scrum Master will join the Finance Technology Team over.

  • Please note, despite needing a scrum master skillset this will not be a typical scrum master day to day.

  • This person will be in charge of the BAU Internal reporting for the group using Jira pretty in-depth.

  • This person will load data into Jira to create a kanban board of hours worked.

  • Example: it will show Jim worked X amount of hours on this project, John worked Y amount of hours and Pam worked Z amount of hours.

  • This person will then pull a report of all of that internal team data, analyse it, and use it to illustrate what value the team is adding to each project.

  • They then will present that information to executive leadership and use it to obtain funding for their projects.

  • This person will be heavy Jira reporting focused.

  • They won t have a scrum team reporting to them or participate in stand ups or PI planning, but this job does require the Jira skillset of a Scrum Master to do it well.



MUST HAVES:


  • 5 years of Scrum Master experience

  • Note: Need SM experience for their JIRA expertise, this is NOT a traditional scrum role

  • Very strong Jira Reporting skills

  • Need to be able to pull reports and analyse data effectively

  • Kanban

  • Strong communication skills this person will be presenting to executive leadership
