Job Details
Design support for Electronics Products (Mobile / Tablet / VR Console / Laptop / Handheld computers )
- Experience in Consumer Electronic Product Design
- Creating 3D CAD models of parts & assembly using UG NX
- Creating 2D Manufacturing drawings & assembly drawings using UG NX
- Experience in application of GD&T in design & manufacturing drawings
- Experience in working with Small Form factor design, ME PCBA, Flex, interconnects & electronic packaging of Display TS, buttons, Camera, Speaker, Mic, antenna , etc
- Design verification using Tolerance stack, DFMA, DFMEA, FEA, CFD, Testing
Awareness to
- Mechanical Design for EMI, EMC, ESD, Thermal Management, RF, Cellular, GPS, Wi-Fi, BT
- Design for Rugged products (IP rating, water, dust, Shock, Drop) (IP Rating / MIL STD / IEC / UL)
- Mechanical Integration of (OLED/LCD, batteries, sensing, Cellular, GPS, Wi-Fi, BT, microphone, speaker, receiver, camera)
