What You'll Do:
- Perform mold changes, insert swaps, and production line setups.
- Troubleshoot and repair molds, hot runners, and parts handling systems.
- Execute preventative maintenance on production equipment and automation.
- Maintain tool areas, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation.
- Support operators with machine start-ups, blocked parts, and changeovers.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience a plus.
- Previous mold changing/setup experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; basic electrical knowledge helpful.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on concrete production floors.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
