Job Description:
Apex Systems is hiring for an entry level IAM Analyst for a major Healthcare company.
6 month contract with possibility to extend.
FULLY remote anywhere in the US - preferred CST hours but can flex.
You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
About the role:
The IAM-MFA team is a newly formed group to assist with current client workload.
The IAM-MFA team now requires support for one of our Identity and Access Management projects, specifically to capture and analyze basic data and to initiate account verification processes.
We need someone comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and basic usability of systems and dashboards.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
1+ years experience
Technical Skills:
Cybersecurity interest
Data Analysis
Documentation and reporting
Additional nice-to-haves:
Collaborative team experience
Soft Skills:
Proactive, team player, quick learner and detail oriented.
Day to Day:
This position will report to the IAM-MFA team and work closely with the MFA Manager and other team members.
Several daily tasks will involve triggering identity verification for users, tracking the verification status, and generating reports on successful and failed verifications, including the reasons for any failures.
Performance expectations will be discussed with the individual in the role and will evolve as we gain more insight into the project.
Responsibilities will include:
Performs access reviews, role provisioning, and supporting implemented Identity and Access Management systems and solutions.
Supports basic troubleshooting and coordinates with helpdesk to resolve user and system access issues.
Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity Access systems.
Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.
