Job Overview

We are hiring Dynamics 365 professionals for multiple contract roles supporting enterprise CRM initiatives. Candidates should have strong technical and functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and excellent communication skills.


Open Positions

< data-start="791" data-end="824">1) D365 CRM Technical Lead</>

Experience: 5–8 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical design and development for Dynamics 365 CRM

  • Configuration and customization using Plugins, JavaScript, and Custom Workflows

  • Develop and support integrations using Web API, WCF, and other Integration APIs

  • Work with Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate

  • Handle solution deployment and ALM activities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM

  • Expertise in D365 Sales module

  • JavaScript and Plugin development

  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum is a plus

Experience: 8+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations

  • Gather and analyze business requirements

  • Customize and configure D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)

  • Perform integrations, data migration, and Azure-based solutions

  • Provide post-implementation support and user training

  • Ensure best practices and solution quality

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) experience

  • Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate)

  • Experience with Azure services and integration tools

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
