Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions in ServiceNow across SPM, ITAM, and ITSM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Hardware & Software Asset Management, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and automated jobs to support business processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions with high usability and performance.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support data integrity and governance in CMDB and Asset Management modules.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and handle impact assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the platform and support user training and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with demonstrated expertise in SPM, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
  • Experience implementing and supporting modules like:
  • SPM: Demand, Resource, Agile/SAFe, Financial Planning, PPM
  • ITAM: Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), Discovery, Integration with SCCM/JAMF/Snow
  • ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog
  • Solid understanding of CMDB and its relationship with ITAM and ITSM.
  • Experience in data modeling, reports/dashboards, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to follow Agile delivery processes (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred
  • Certifications or hands-on experience in:
  • SPM
  • SAM / HAM
  • ITIL v4 or similar process frameworks
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Reporting/PA.
