As a senior engineer on our team, you will be leading the scale-up and optimization of biochip microarray assembly and packaging processes, ensuring seamless transfer from R&D to GMP-compliant manufacturing. This role oversees daily operations, mentors junior staff, and drives process innovation through automation, lean practices, and statistical validation methods. The engineer also ensures strict adherence to CAP, CLIA, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations while spearheading quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
  • Master's or PhD in a related field
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience in the medtech manufacturing, semiconductor, or microarrays space
  • 4+ years of assembly experience
  • 3+ years of packaging
  • Familiarity with clean room protocols and ESD protection
  • Process scale-up and continuous improvement
