Walker Healthforce is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a healthcare client remotely. This is a 1-year Contract opportunity.
START DATE: ASAP

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Business relationship management
- Dig into technical documentation and contracts (review contracts and understand and provide summaries and interpretations of contracts so IT can go in execute) relationship management
- Concise communication
- Healthcare IT, Mergers and Acquisitions experience is a nice to have
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Background or working knowledge of the Mergers and Acquisitions process is preferred but not required.
- Understanding on an Mergers and Acquisitions process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop due diligence questionnaires and identify data requirements.
- Translate deal theses, pro formas, due diligence findings, legal assessments, and other M&A documentation into clear business and technical requirements.
- Support IT project managers in defining and appropriately scoping IT workstreams related to M&A integration.
- Facilitate sessions with IT and business stakeholders to discover, refine, and document business requirements.
- Assist project managers to assist IT portions.
- Assisting with collection of information for diligence work.
- Helping to create summaries and information that can be given to the IT teams so they understand is needed from them.
- Understanding healthcare IT.
- Agreements already exist. Contracts are given to BAs.
- Travel requirements: None expected. If there were any, around NC.
- Do not have to be in the Novant health hiring footprint.
- Working with IT leadership and Mergers and Acquisitions - directors and VPs.
- Working with the IT project team.
- Help IT team set direction and scope within timelines.
- Working with PM directly, participate in meetings, reviewing documentation.
