Job description:
Selling to new Behavioral Health ARGO pre-identified prospects in the mid-west US geography ARGO s behavioral health software that re-defines the insurance reimbursement process. Software uses comprehensive workflow, scheduling, notification capability and quantifies diagnostic based medical evidence using AI, natural language processing and machine learning. It tracks quality metrics for compliance adherence as well. The product has a strong ROI, high revenue impact potential, improve Utilization Nurse job efficiency and integrates to an EMR. The solution operates in both a cloud and on-premise environment. This customer facing quota-based sales position is accountable for growing ARGO behavioral health sector business. It requires interaction with the Director of Healthcare Solutions, CFO and CEO.
Preferred skills/experience/knowledge include:

  • Software sales into the Healthcare industry.
  • Software Sales experience in Behavioral health sector preferred or software sales experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or Utilization Review.
  • EMR software knowledge
  • New product launch or new market entry
  • Cost benefit ROI analysis
  • Customer contact during software implementations

Required skills/experience:

  • 2+ years minimum of quota carrying healthcare software sales experience, required. Specific knowledge and experience in the following areas is preferred:
    • Behavioral Health
    • Revenue Cycle
    • Utilization Review
    • EMR Software Knowledge
  • Sufficient automation literacy (e.g. understanding of automation logic capabilities data constructs, workflow, data analytics, and management reporting) to collaborate directly with Information Technology teams.
  • Experience with cold calling, conducting meetings, and interacting with senior and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • New customer acquisition experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
