Account Director

We re looking for an experienced Account Director to manage and grow strategic client relationships across assigned accounts in the US. This role focuses on expanding existing engagements and identifying new opportunities by aligning Infocepts capabilities with client business needs. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape account strategies, support solution development, and ensure client satisfaction in a sustainable manner. This role contributes to Infocepts broader strategy of delivering domain-led solutions and building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership
Own and grow relationships with senior business stakeholders across clients to enable business transformation using Data & AI
Shape and execute account strategies
Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions
Growth
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored go-to-market motions
Drive pipeline growth through consultative selling and solution-led engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution
Work closely with technology partners (e.g., HyperScalers, Databricks, Snowflake) to co-create differentiated offerings
Financial & Operational Oversight
Monitor revenue growth, solution adoption, and client satisfaction metrics
Work collaboratively with Portfolio Anchors to ensure account-level financial health
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in strategic account management working with Life science and Pharma
Proven success in managing Fortune 500 clients and delivering business-led analytics or AI solutions
Strong understanding of industry subsegments and their digital transformation needs
Experience in consultative selling, solutioning, and navigating complex stakeholder environments
