Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Program Manager with strong consulting experience and the ability to work effectively with C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate will lead a Billing System Migration Project involving multiple platforms and integrations. This role requires a technology-savvy, business-focused leader who can manage large-scale program delivery, ensure cross-functional coordination, and oversee end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a billing system migrationfrom SAP Vertex 1.0 (target system) and Oracle Homegrown Application (GEMS) to an integrated standardized platform.
• Oversee integration of multiple acquisitions (6 7) into a unified billing environment.
• Drive end-to-end Billing migration program execution,including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
• Manage billing system standardizationand ensure smooth data migration.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure project success.
• Manage billing testing cyclesto validate accuracy, compliance, and performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with C-Suite stakeholdersand provide regular executive-level updates.
• Oversee contract management, including vendor and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with Salesforce (SFDC) teams for related integration activities.
• Lead a team of 15+ professionals across functional and technical streams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 4 yearsof proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in complex IT programs.
• Strong consulting background with demonstrated ability to work directly with C-Suite executives.
• Experience in Program Management / PMOfor enterprise technology transformation.
• Expertise in Billing System Migrationprojects, preferably involving SAP Vertex 1.0 (Target System) MUST.
• Proven experience in the integration and standardizationof billing systems post-acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of functional, business, and technicalaspects of large-scale IT programs.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)integrations with contracts.
• Demonstrated leadership managing multi-disciplinary teams(15+ members).
• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Any experience on Oracle System is a PLUS but not must (Legacy Systems is based on GEMS).
