Job Title: Quality Supervisor

Lead Quality in a High-Tech Manufacturing Environment
Our client, a respected name in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Supervisor to oversee and enhance their quality assurance operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, UL certifications, and customer-specific quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, UL, and customer-specific requirements.
Lead and oversee UL certification processes (e.g., UL 94, UL 508A) for both components and final products.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits; ensure audit readiness and drive continuous improvement.
Supervise inspections of PCBs, electronic assemblies, and precision sheet metal components.
Maintain all quality documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and compliance logs.
Perform root cause analyses and implement effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Track and analyze key quality metrics such as yield rates, defect frequencies, and customer return data.
Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience in electronics manufacturing, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance.
Strong working knowledge of UL standards (including UL 94, UL 508A).
Proficient in IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600), and familiarity with RoHS compliance.
Skilled in technical drawing interpretation and inspection of precision sheet metal assemblies.
Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
Experience with ERP and QMS software systems
Background in high-reliability or mission-critical electronics manufacturing
