Job Details

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage & support Windows OS lifecycle management using Intune Autopilot.
  • Manage & support AutoPilot provisioning profiles for Windows devices.
  • Manage & Support Device Configuration & Compliance Polices.
  • Manage & support Windows Device Enrollment methods supported via Intune.
  • Manage & Support existing device enrollment to Intune & Autopilot Provisioning
  • Operating system images creation / deployment & troubleshooting
  • Deliver all Windows OS builds as per Microsoft s OS release guidelines.
  • Create & support Task Sequence for build & deploy, ensure to update as per refresh cycles.
  • Create & support Driver Packages and update on existing devise including BIOS versions.
  • Drive weekly / monthly technical track updates with customer / stack holders.
  • Capability to support technical team and deliver Imaging / Autopilot services on time with efficiency.

Desired Skills and Experience

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:

Hands-On experience in Autopilot, device enrollment and configuration profiles using Intune.

Hands-On experience managing Windows devices OS & Applications using Intune.

Hands-On experience managing Windows Security Update Rings, Feature Updates & User Experience Configurations.

Hands-On experience in Windows OS Image engineering and deployments methods like ZTI, LTI & UDI using Microsoft tools like MDT and MECM / SCCM.

Hands-On experience in ADK, Boot Images, PXE and USB boot Image options.

Hands-On experience in Windows 10 in-place upgrades via Servicing Channels and Upgrade Task Sequence.

Hands-On experience in integrate BIOS/UEFI, drivers and firmware for all supported hardware models in OSD / provisioning process.

Hands-On experience in WDS, configuring PXE, VM build environment and integration with MDT & SCCM.

Hands-On experience with Windows 10 security components like Bitlocker, Device Guard, Credential Guard & Group polices.

Hands-On experience with managing different hardware vendors Drivers import, package creation and leveraging in Build process.

Hands-On experience to maintain / update Core image or Task sequence with latest Security patches and Core applications using monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.

Hands-On experience on troubleshooting skills in OSD Task Sequence errors, PXE issues.

Hands-On experience in managing Windows10 Devices with co-management state.

Hands-On experience with PowerShell.

Experience with Automation, Availability, Performance Optimization, Capacity Planning, EMS Licences & Reporting.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivating.
