What You Will Be Doing:

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full-time Experienced Professional Data Analyst to join our Electronic Equipment Logbook (EEL) Performance Team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving EEL-related issues across various systems and programs using various data analytics and Lean Six Sigma methods. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data, and in implementing corrective actions to prevent future data quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Analyze complex data sets, perform root cause analysis, implement data quality metrics and benchmarks, identify trends and patterns, and develop corrective action plans.
2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Subcontracts Management, Sustainment Supply, Engineering, and customer end users, to identify and resolve EEL-related issues.
3) Present findings and recommendations to your immediate leadership and stakeholders, and work with them to implement corrective actions.
4) Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to data quality and root cause corrective action.

The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple and widely varying assignments in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Must have the ability to work independently and in groups. Must engage professionally and effectively with stakeholders. Must be able to successfully meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance after starting. This position may require weekend and off-shift availability.

A level 3 employee typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications

1) Experience applying analytics to understand key process drivers and integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions.
2) Understanding of Systems Engineering, Logistics Information Management, Data Quality, and/or Requirements.
3) Experience communicating with internal and external teams in a dynamic environment with positive results.
4) Experience performing Data Quality/Governance activities such as data extracting, translating, profiling, cleansing, visualizing, and/or manipulating within a disparate-systems environment.

Desired skills

1) Experience with electronic equipment logbooks (EEL).
2) Strong understanding of data quality and Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies, including data validation, data cleansing, data normalization, DMAIC, and/or PDCA.
3) Experience with data analysis tools, such as SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
4) Knowledge of data management and analytics platforms, such as Collibra or IBM Knowledge Center.
5) Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques, such as predictive modeling or natural language processing.
6) Certification in a relevant field, such as Certified Data Analyst, Certified Quality Engineer, Green Belt, or Black Belt.
7) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
8) Experience implementing Improvement Initiatives including driving and measuring improvement results.
9) Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns.
10) Technical degree or equivalent work experience in an Engineering discipline, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or Analytics, Operations Management.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
